Nice things people have said
...Renée is a naturally gifted UX person. Her patience, insights and guidance match a skillset you'd find in an industry veteran. Her preparation and interactions with customers elevates and reinforces IIQ as a cutting-edge forward thinking company. Her deliverables empower Product, Dev, and QA to do their work with confidence and near certainty...

Renée is a force for good, keeping us focused on a quality user experience and challenging standing wisdom/convention in the name of making a more usable product and avoiding the "too busy figuring out whether we could, didn't stop to consider if we should" trap...Even though she stands up for design thinking ideals - she doesn't need her arm twisted to just dig in and do the dirty work when the moment calls for it. She iterates like crazy. I love that we see so much design and have multiple conversations on most things before and during development

[the UX director] told me your origin story in a meeting we had last week. I was blown away. I had no idea that your background was different from what I had imagined: a seasoned battle-tested UX person with a gazillion years experience. You are a natural at UX and I am so glad the stars aligned and you were assigned to our team. I have thoroughly enjoyed every interaction we’ve had this year...

btw I appreciate what you said about how you welcome dev feedback b/c we think of things you may not have considered, and my thoughts are the same in reverse. Your designs are always top-notch and thoughtful, which makes it easy to mentally work out the user workflow, something that in my experience is definitely not always the case esp. w/ lazier wireframes or just a blob of acceptance criteria text.
